Hannah Gdalman

Hannah Gdalman discovered yoga as a stressed-out undergrad and soon began teaching free classes to fellow students, eventually co-founding an on-campus yoga club. She brought yoga with her to rural Guatemala where she served in the Peace Corps from 2010-2012, using it as an educational empowerment tool in her work with young girls. In 2015, Hannah fulfilled a lifelong dream and made her way to an ashram in Northern India where she completed her 200-hour YTC in traditional Hatha yoga. Shortly after, she became a student of Vipassana, one of India’s most ancient meditation techniques. Self-transformation through self-observation is now a way of life for Hannah, who believes in the power of yoga to heal, empower, restore, and balance and hopes to inspire her students to find their own power in their practice.
