Kids ages 4-8: We will explore movement through a variety of playful postures; play games that promote awareness and community building; and work into breathing exercises and meditative techniques to foster a sense of tranquility and self-regulation. Yoga is the perfect activity for guiding kids into healthy growth both mentally and physically, plus it’s a lot of fun.

Tween ages 8-12: Our unique Tween Yoga Class uses yoga to help bridge the gap between child and teenager. Tween Yoga classes incorporate a more adult approach to the yoga poses, breath and meditation, while encouraging the individuality and creativity of each Tween. Classes introduce more complicated postures that require a greater attention to full-body coordination. Tween Yoga classes often naturally encourage discussion on physical and developmental issues and explore problem solving through yoga concepts.
